Pop music will be shaping the music scene in the near future. With TV programs and competitions in Singapore like Singapore idol, Project Superstar etc, it is of no wonder that music plays a big role in our daily lives. Just on the bus, one will be able to see no less than 40% of the passengers blissfully listening to their iPods. However, just how many of them will be able to play or sing to their favourite tunes? Music Mocha’s syllabus has been meticulously designed and is strategically catered to fit Singaporeans’ busy schedules and their ambitions.

Our instructors are valuable in each of them has a good music ear and they have been trained to teach Music Mocha’s successful syllabus. Having been classically trained, exposed to public performances, solid teaching experiences are important qualities that can be found in our instructors. Music Mocha is different from other schools teaching pop music in that:

1. We are the first pop school to introduce POP FLUTE and POP SAXOPHONE in solfege format, a very new concept and new music development. This makes it easier for students who learn more easily by hearing. This is so as in recent years, these two instruments have been very frequently included in pop music

2. Other than just learning courses, we make a conscious effort to give a well-rounded education of having the students to perform in cafes and public places.

3. Creativity and the students’ own styles are always emphasized during class. Students with mental block in creativity do not have to worry but will be given personal care and help by our instructors. We are not teaching our styles to you. We are helping you develop your very own style, to suit your very own music.
